<p> APPETIZER</p><p>HERBAL BUTTER Ingredients: Chopped parsley Salt Oil Butter 1-2 Yolks Chive Spices Cress Preparation: Mix small chopped parsley, cress, chive, salt and spices with one or two yolks. We mix in some butter. If the mixture is thick we add same drops of oil. </p><p>SOUPS</p><p>CHICKEN STEW Ingredients: 1 chicken, 80 grams of oil, 100 grams of onion, 100 grams of carrot, 100 grams of parsley root, 50 grams of bulb from celery, 40 grams of flour, 2 ½ do 3l water, salt, pepper, marjoram, ¼ l wine or vinegar. Preparation: Cut the chicken on small pieces and clean entrails. First put some grease in frying pan, then cut onion, meat, entrails, cut vegetables. Roast the ingredients. When meat become yellow, add some flour, roast it and add water. Then add salt, pepper, marjoram. At the end pickle the stew with wine or vinegar.</p><p>WARM APPETIZER</p><p>BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES WITH MUSHROOMS Ingredients: 3 eggs ¼ of l of buckwheat flour, ¼ of l of wheat flour, 6 dl milk, salt, some fresh mushrooms, grease, onion, persil, cream. Preparation: Mix buckwheat and wheat flour, add eggs, milk and make paste for pancakes. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare stuffing: Roast the onion on oil. When onion is yellow add mushrooms and roast them until the water evaporates. Add flour, roast and pour some more water. In the end add cream. Bake thin pancakes and fill them with stuffing.</p><p>ELEMENTARY MENU</p><p>COOKED HAM WITH EGGS Ingredients: 1 ham, salt, carrot, parsley root, small piece celery, ½ onion, garlic, laurel, pepper in grain. Preparation: Put the ham in the pot and add spices and vegetables. Add so much salt and sour water that ham is covered. Cook it for 2 hours. Cool the meat, cut it and load it with hard-boiled eggs. </p><p>SAUERKRAUT – SOUR CABBAGE Ingredients: 1 kg of sour cabbage Preparation: Cook sour cabbage. At the end pour off cabbage water and add hot cracklings. Mix the dish. </p><p>BUCKWHEAT GROATS WITH LARD Ingredients: ¼ of l of buckwheat groats salt, marjoram, garlic, cracklings or minced lard Preparation: Wash buckweat groats with hot water and put it in pot which keep 2 l. Now add 1 l of water, salt, marjoram and garlic. Cook the dish for ¾ hour. At the end add cracklings or minced lard. SWEETS</p><p>FRUIT BREAD Ingredients: 500 g of milky dough, 150 g of dried plums, 150 g of dried pears, 150 g of dried figs, 100 g of sugar, 0,5 dl rum, Milky dough: 400 g of flour, 40 g of butter, 1 egg, 20 g of sugar, 2 dl of milk, 20 g of leaven, salt. Preparation: During the night soak dried pear, plums and figs in lukewarm water. In the morning put the fruit on strainer and water will separate from fruit. This water could be used instead of milk for dough. Chop the fruit and soak it in the rum. Prepare milky dough. When the dough raises enough, roll it on the table with roller. Put the fruit just on one half of rolled dough. Fold the dough on half. Bake the fruit bread in an oven for 50 – 60 minutes. </p>
