A required team member may be excused from attending an IEP meeting with parental consent. Excusing the attendance of a teacher or related service provider at an IEP Team meeting is optional.</p><p>I agree to excuse the attendance of______at the Teacher or related service provider</p><p>IEP Meeting scheduled for ______because (check one): Date</p><p>This staff member’s area of the curriculum or related services is not being modified or discussed in this meeting.
