<p> Senior Mailer</p><p>Dear Parents and Guardians of the Senior Graduating Class of 20XX: This letter is to inform you about the IMPORTANT DEADLINES regarding senior photos, quotes, and personal ads for the upcoming school year. Listed below are dates to remember so you can mark your calendars in advance. November 1: The LAST day to turn in SENIOR PHOTOS AND QUOTES You must submit a vertical head shot image. The yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse your image if it is inappropriate, so please make sure you make good choices and use good judgment with your submissions. Please provide us with a jpg that is 300 dpi. We will accept your image one of two ways: 1. Upload your image directly to our yearbook website. You may do that by clicking on the link located on the home page of the school’s web site. This is our preferred method. 2. Drop off a cD or a jump drive in the office. You must write your first and last name and phone number on the cD. Please schedule your photography session as soon as possible while the weather is beautiful and the outdoor colors are glorious! Many photographers offer discount packages for early sessions and you’re guaranteed much more attention when you AND the photographer is not rushed. Quotes must be 25 words or less. We reserve the right to edit for content and length. No initials are allowed. Please e-mail quotes to XXXXXXXXXXX.
