<p> Example Thank You Letter</p><p>Dear ______,</p><p>Thank you for purchasing my ______at the Pasadena Livestock Show. The money I received for my project will go towards ______. I sincerely thank you for your support and hope to see you back at the auction next year. Again, thank you.</p><p>Sincerely, </p><p>______</p><p>**Please write a thank you note to each of your buyers on notebook paper and turn them in to Mrs. Rankin so she can proof them. You will then receive a thank you card to re-write your thank you note on to turn into the Pasadena Livestock Office. </p><p>**When turning in your finished thank you note Mrs. Rankin will also need your proof of delivery (If you had chickens, turkeys, or rabbits) along with the buyer paperwork. </p><p>*The proof of delivery form: Mrs. Rankin gets the white copy, student gets the yellow copy, and buyer gets the pink copy. </p><p>ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE BACK TO MRS. RANKIN BY OCTOBER 1, 2012!</p>
