<p>Statement of Barbara Green: </p><p>My name is Barbara Green and I have been a friend of Christine Kline for almost ten years. On October 2nd or 3rd, I was staying at Christine Kline’s house. Her ex-husband, Doug Clark, had been staying there too, for about a month. Doug was a real devoted to his daughter, Vickie, that he had with Christine while they were married. Doug was always a lot of fun. He liked to party and drink. That night, I remember he told me he was going to a party. He said the party was being given by this blonde lady who looked just like Melanie Griffith. I think that he had a thing for her. Anyway, after he left with some guy, I sat around the fire with Mark Layton and Christine Kline. We drank a lot of liquor. We also took some drugs that we probably shouldn't have. After a while, I got real sleepy, and then went into the house to sleep. I'm not a heavy sleeper, but I didn't wake up for the whole night. I never heard any screaming, nor any such thing. The room that I was sleeping in was right in the front of the house. Doug used to park his car right under my window. If there had been any screaming or carrying on, I would have heard.
