The process included many skills from cutting rolls of sheet metal with precision cuts, welding of frames, crane operations drilling of metal and plastic material. All while following a blueprint and electrical schematics. warehouse and shipping duties including package and building crates for a secure shipping.</p><p>Gamesa Wind - Fairless Hills, PA 2007 to 2012 Team Leader Wind Turbine mechanical/electrical </p><p>Responsibilities: My responsibilities where to discuss any issues from previous days and give any solutions file safety issues from my team give out production summary of where we need to be by end of shift. I placed workers where need be. I also did my mechanical or electrical work that was needed. Throughout the day I checked and monitored the flow and quality of my team. By end of shift I wrote out the work which was done filed the attendance and request for time off and wrote any production or quality issues to management. Quality check list. </p><p>Accomplishments: I played a part in improving production work flow and line movement. I also helped improve floor layout for smoother production movement. Had my hand in hardware and material distribution to plant floor for a move convenient and fast work flow. Also played a big role in safety in better ways to move crane loads.</p><p>Skills Used: Hydraulic blueprints and schematics. Mechanical assembly blue print reading all basic hand tools, hydraulic tools hydraulic pressure testing, hydraulic torqueing, pneumatic tools impact guns big and small, riveting, grinding, drills electric tools drills, drill taps, heat guns, grinders die, wheel etc. Measuring tape, micrometer, calipers, thermometer, vibration meter, hydrogen tank measuring and refilling. Electrical assembly electrical drawling’s electrical routing and wiring to control cabinets, stripping, crimping, trouble shooting, multi meter programming, soldering. Crane operations from small 100lbs to 80 ton loads. Forklifts standups and sit downs scissor lifts. In my Leadership role I had 15-20 guys on my team. Experienced with Welding and AutoCAD.
