Due to logistic limitations the conference is limited to a maximum of 200 participants. We will proceed at a “first come, first served” basis. After the maximum number of participants has been reached, further applicants will be put on a waiting list. Please be aware that this might happen even before the deadline expires. The Organizing Committee therefore reserves the right to decline applications at any stage. </p><p>. After your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.</p><p>. There will be no registration fees as the Federal Government of Germany (BfN) sponsors this conference. The Evening Reception as well as tea, coffee and refreshments are a courtesy of BfN. </p><p>. We strongly recommend signing up for the meals since there are no catering facilities close to the conference venue.</p><p>. Participants have to cover their costs for board and accommodation.
