
<p> MUSIC PERFORMANCE GROUP</p><p>Meeting Minutes</p><p>September 14, 2016</p><p>The meeting was called to order at 10:30 A.M. by President Diana Davidson.</p><p>Program Laura introduced the player roster for today. (See page 3 below.)</p><p>The business meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by President Diana.</p><p>Roll Call: Yumi Iwasaki, acting as the secretary in Carole Baldwin’s absence, called the roll. Active Members Absent: Nola Allen, Carole Baldwin, Nona Martin, Janet Pantoja Encore member absent: Beatrice Dolf</p><p>Meeting Minutes Minutes from the April 13 meeting were approved as sent by email.</p><p>Treasurer’s Report: We donated $300 to the Seattle Music Partners and $200 to Music Works NW after the last season. We have $98.33 in the checking account</p><p>Thank You to Hostess: Our thanks to Jackie Roelen for hosting the meeting today.</p><p>Guests: We welcomed Robin Miller, Eric Brewster and Charlotte Byers, who all performed as guests today. Also welcomed were guests Ellie Gruman, Gebette Andrea, Diane Miller and Brenda Veland. </p><p>Committee Reports: Program Chair: There still are two performance spots open, one in January and another in February. We are keeping them open for possible new members. Hosting Chair: Membership Chair: Pam Kummert, who auditioned in May, is a new violinist member. Yearbook Chair: Sunshine Chair: The family of Shirlee Holmes sent the group a thank-you note. The note is attached at the end of this minutes. Web master/historian: The website is up again after being inaccessible for some period of time. Please send in any items relating to the members we have lost in recent years so that they can be added to our website.
