Quinn-Becker asked for the Broker’s support and suggestions for ways the Affiliate Members could be of help.

General Discussion Time: Several questions were asked about the new Supra program. At this time, there is no one day code, but that is in the works. The Board felt that the great savings over the other company’s products was more important to the members than the one day code at this time with the understanding that it is in development and should be deployed this year. There will be absolutely no sharing of keys, hefty fines will be levied for violations.

Mike Schmidt expressed concern about bringing the members’ costs down. He would like the Board to look into joining SWMRIC. That option and several others are being explored at the present time.

There was also a request for on-line voting in the future. A survey will be sent out asking members for feed back regarding on-line voting. Voting upon log in to Paragon will also be explored.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 a.m.

Respectfully Submitted,

JoAnn Overzet

Recording Secretary

Meeting was adjourned at 11:42 a.m.

Respectfully submitted,

JoAnn Overzet

Recording Secretary

Meeting Date:

December 17, 2010

1 read
