<p>Corporate – Interim Company Secretarial Manager, Temporary Birmingham</p><p>Job Description Main Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Based in Birmingham the Company Secretarial Team of Wragge & Co are looking to appoint an interim team manager for 6 months maternity cover. </p><p>Role: As supervisor of the Company Secretarial Team the successful candidate will report to a partner. The role operates reasonably autonomously covering a core company secretarial remit for a varied portfolio of client companies including:</p><p>1. Supervising and supporting a team of three paralegals whose work consists of maintenance of statutory records, producing and advising on agendas, papers and minutes for our client companies, forming and tailoring new companies. 2. Business development. 3. Attending beauty parades and producing proposal documents. 4. Co coordinating quarterly billing, credit control and monitoring team finances. 5. Chairing team meetings, reviewing workload and giving legal training 6. Providing legal advice and support to the corporate group and the wider Wragge & Co team including assistance with specific research projects.</p><p>Any other reasonable duties delegated by any Partner, Senior Manager of the firm or Group Co-ordinator.</p><p>Person Specification A part/fully qualified company secretary/corporate lawyer c.5yrs PQE with a sound knowledge of company law and experience of a wide range of legal as well as company secretarial issues. </p><p>You must be able to demonstrate team leadership skills, possess excellent communication and IT skills, be hardworking and self-motivated.</p><p>Wragge & Co is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.</p><p>Supprt01#623834v1[ABC]</p>
