<p> CIMA T4 Case Study on PC – Wednesday 29 August 2012 Exam Entry Form</p><p>To enter any of the CIMA examinations offered on PC T4 Case Study on the 29 August 2012 please complete all details requested on this form and email it to CIMA Sri Lanka Division by the 20 July 2012</p><p>The Exam Entry fee of £149 for T4 Case Study must be paid to CIMA by 8 August 2012 via your My CIMA account. CIMA will apply a charge of the above specified amount to your CIMA account approximately 1 week after the entry deadline.</p><p>Please note that you can pre-pay your exam entry by debit/credit card before the debt of £149 for T4 Case Study is applied to your account.
