<p> JTMS PTA WELCOMES YOU TO OUR 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR!! </p><p>Dear Parents/Guardians:</p><p>On behalf of the Jefferson Township Middle School (JTMS) PTA I would like to welcome you to the Jefferson Township Middle School. The JTMS PTA Board and I look forward to another educational year supporting our students, staff, and school. This letter is to introduce you to your PTA officers and better acquaint you with some of the information you will need to be involved in the JTMS PTA. They will be available during lunch the first week of school and at Back to School Night. Agenda books are $6 and our clear falcon logo water bottles are $5 each. </p><p>Our first JTMS PTA general membership meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 th, 7pm in the JTMS media center. We welcome all members to attend. PTA general membership meetings will only occur four times during the school year, so we are encouraging parents to attend in order to stay informed. We will be scheduling a speaker for each meeting and we will reward the flex class at each grade level who has the most parents attend. </p><p>JTMS PTA Membership Form Membership forms will be distributed at Back to School Night and can be found on our website- jtmspta.com and on the district website. Filling out our Membership form and returning it ensures your participation in the many programs offered by JTMS PTA. Providing your contact information will enable us to involve you in the many great experiences, programs and happenings with the students and in the building. Our goal has been set to meet the program needs planned for students during 2015-16 school year. Our fundraisers will include the sale of Skyland’s ice skating passes, Scholastic Book Fairs, the Staff vs. Student Basketball Game and THE Carnival. </p><p>We would like to thank you in advance for your active participation in our school community.
