This entry level role will assist our contract team with renewals, contract entry and data entry. </p><p>Primary Responsibilities:  Maintenance Contract work o Responsible for preparation, entry and billing of hardware service contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract record o Retains, maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. . Obtain and maintain electronic copies provided by vendors and clients in appropriate location o Checks all documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance. o Assist Contract Administrator with preparation and execution of contract renewal quotes as time allows</p><p>Required/Recommended Skills and Education: </p><p> An ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills  Attention to detail is a requirement  Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties  A strong sense of teamwork is required in all efforts  Desire to learn our product lines at a basic level  Experience in client facing roles, phone support, and data entry required  A high school degree or equivalent is required  Proficiency in Microsoft Business Solutions and Microsoft Office Suite o Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM are considered a bonus </p><p>Location: AbeTech Headquarters in Rogers, MN This is a full time, non-exempt position.
