<p> SAWIS 5</p><p>1 PURPOSE </p><p>The SAWIS 5 is a summary of all receipts and removals of the various types of drinking wine products in a cellar. It is used to compile industry statistics.</p><p>2 PARTIES THAT SHOULD COMPLETE THE FORM</p><p>Should be completed by all producer cellars, estates and private producers.</p><p>3 HOW TO COMPLETE THE FORM </p><p>All sales/removals of various types of drinking wine products, as well as the date and SAWIS 6 number are indicated on the disposals and utilizations (front) section of the form. The quantity of litres per type is specified in the various columns under disposals and utilizations. All columns in the disposals and utilizations section are added up to the total column at the bottom of the form.</p><p>The summary of the drinking wine transactions (back) section of the form is separated into a left and right side. The left side of the form is used for all additions/receipts and the right side for all disposals and utilizations. </p><p>The total amount of the disposals and utilization (front) are forwarded to the right side of the summary of the drinking wine transaction (back) section. Only the total litres are indicated in the different columns on the right side under disposals and utilization. The opening balance plus all additions/receipts minus removals equal the closing stock.
