<p> Tips for Using ADOBE Adobe BreezeConnect</p><p>Before you use Breeze Adobe Connect, here are a few tips and instructions on how to participate in a Wwebinar:</p><p>1. The various boxes in ADOBE Adobe Connect are called Pods.</p><p>2. Please make sure you are listed in the Attendee List Pod at the top left hand corner of your screen. Within that pod not an upside down triangle on the top right hand corner. The drop down menu provides optional queues (Thumbs Up, Stepped Away etc.) you may use throughout the meeting to get my the presenter’s attention. The presenter(s) may also ask you a question that may require using those queues. </p><p>3. The Note Pod provides users instructions for the chat pod below. The default setting for the Chat Pod is set to send a note to everyone. If you click the upside down triangle you may choose to send a note to a specific attendee. the The presenter(s) may also ask questions that you can respond to using the chat pod. </p><p>4. Make sure that all other windows applications are closed in order to Optimize the speed with which Breeze Adobe Connect will run. </p><p>5. Webinar presentations and all handouts will be available on the Job Corps LD Wweb site within 24 hours of the Wwebinar. </p><p>6. Finally, please feel free to send us any resources you may have related to Wwebinar topics. This training is not only an opportunity for presenters to disseminate information, but also a way for each of us to build a learning community to promote best practices at every center. </p>
