OL3 5NT Tel: 01457 875305 (h) – 07977 092444 (m)</p><p>CODE OF CONDUCT</p><p>Oldham RUFC believes that rugby is a family game and anyone using foul or abusive language towards other players, officials or spectators will not be tolerated. </p><p>It is everybody’s responsibility, including players, officials and spectators, to:</p><p> Ensure that the Game is played within the laws and with good sporting behaviour.</p><p> Accept and observe the authority and decisions of Match Officials and rugby disciplinary bodies, and not abuse, threaten or intimidate them whether on or off the field of play</p><p> Not engage in any conduct or any activity that may impair public confidence in the honest and orderly conduct of a Match or in the integrity and good character of any Person</p><p> Not use crude or abusive language or gestures towards Match Officials, opposing players or spectators</p><p> At all times promote the reputation of the Game and take all possible steps to prevent it from being brought into disrepute</p><p> Shall not do anything which is likely to intimidate, offend, insult, humiliate or discriminate against any other Person on the ground of their religion, race, colour or national or ethnic origin.</p><p> Not approach beyond the barrier at pitch side unless a replacement player, Match Official, a member of the Coaching Team or Physio</p><p>Apart from on the pitch we want to create a friendly atmosphere at all times.
