An ASN must be faxed to the Traffic Dept. (813-882-4605) as soon as the shipment leaves your facility. This is to include a packing list/manifest showing all purchase orders included and copy of the bill of lading with carrier Pro# / UPS Tracking# 2. You must call if recommended carrier does not service your facility as a direct point. 3. Bill of Lading must include description of commodity & freight class. 4. Refer to the Vendor Guidelines Manual for packaging and labeling requirements. 5. C.O.D. Shipments will be refused 6. If for any reason you cannot comply, or require clarification, call for instructions. 7.The following routing instructions are effective immediately and supersede all previous routing guides.</p><p>FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A CHARGEBACK OF ANY DIFFERENTIAL COST INCURRED BY THIS COMPANY, PLUS A $100.00 HANDLING CHARGE. </p><p>Thank you for your assistance.
