B106</p><p>Course Policies:</p><p>1. Attendance/Participation: Each student is expected to attend class and be prepared for class by reading the required chapters for each session.</p><p>2. Exams: There will be two exams, which will be multiple choice. The exams will cover the reading and lecture materials. SCANTRON REQUIRED – red with two columns on the front. There are 50 questions, 2 points each. Please come prepared with a scantron and a pencil.</p><p>3. Team Negotiation: There will be a team project that will involve writing an offer for a property that I give you. This will be done in class and you will have time to prepare as a team and then present your offer in class. This is intended to be a learning exercise and is also fun.</p><p>4. Grading: Grading will be based on 300 points. Excessive absences will affect your final grade. Please advise me either in class or by email ahead of time if you are unable to make class due to personal or business reasons.</p><p>Attendance - 50 Points Midterm - 100 Points Final - 100 Points Team Negotiation 50 Points 300 Points Percentage: 100—90 A 89 – 80 B 79 – 70 C 69 – 60 D </p><p>4. Make-up Exams: Make-up exams will only be acceptable in extreme circumstances, such as serious illness, medical emergency, etc. If you miss an exam, simply because you forgot, there will be no make-up exam. You must make arrangements to take a make-up exam within 24 hours by calling me. All exams must be made up within one week. The make-up exam will be different from the exam taken by the rest of the class.</p><p>5. It is the student’s responsibility to DROP the class, not the instructor’s. Please remember, if you are on the roster at the end of the term, I have to give you a grade. Please remember to DROP if you are not taking the class.</p><p>6.
