<p> Information Commons Project Meeting Minutes</p><p>Date/Time: 05/15/2006 Location: Middleton Library Topic: Look at drawings and update timeline Attendees: Mark Kraner, Andrena Keesee, Toni Sparks, Stacey Morales, Suzanne Smith, Emmett David, Zack Morales, Michael Moore, Tom Holen and associates, Sharon with Frost Barber Minutes: We discussed the timeline to remove all equipment and copiers from 109 and 109 lobby area for the abatement and destruction phase of the project. All parties agreed to have this accomplished.</p><p>Andrena and Emmett came up with a plan to secure and notify the library staff and patrons about fire exits while this area is not accessible.</p><p>The plans for the coffee shop furniture were completely re-thought from the original plans because of concerns for powering the tables, etc. Frost Barber, Holen , Toni and Andrena decided that an offline meeting would be necessary to put their heads together and re-draw this area. A meeting was scheduled and a deadline of May 19th was agreed upon for final drawings of the space.</p><p>We then looked at the 141 drawings and all concluded that the measurements were not correct and things were out of place. Frost Barber agreed to re-measure and correct the drawings. A deadline of May 19th was given for these drawings to be made final.</p><p>Stacey will setup an appointment with purchasing to see how to best bid the furniture not on state contract. </p>
