Purpose and research tasks: - Purpose: To analyze and assess the livelihood of the household after the withdrawal of agricultural land to build industrial park in Ninh Phuc commune, Ninh Binh city, Ninh Binh Province, on the basis that the proposed a number of measures to improve the livelihoods of households following the withdrawal of land for agricultural production in Ninh Binh province, in order to promote economic and Social rapid and sustainable development, to meet the requirements of the new era. - Mission: + Research and synthesize some basic theoretical issues of household livelihoods following the withdrawal of land for industrial parks. + Propose measures to improve household livelihoods after land acquisition, local development focus. 7. New contributions of the thesis: Essays are written from the perspective that people in the field of State management in Ninh Binh, target managing public resources, investments stars achieve the highest efficiency for the benefit of people. But, the fact is that the provincial policy is not really effective for household livelihoods after land acquisition, people have not really benefited from the construction of industrial parks. As the state management was embarrassing, the work support career change direction and create opportunities for employees following the withdrawal of land is not really secure and efficient. Recognizing the importance of addressing household livelihoods after land acquisition, Party and Ninh Binh provincial government needs to further enhance its importance. Emphasis propaganda coupled with synchronous construction of infrastructure, creating conditions for job change, career-oriented .... meet urgent requirements to enhance their competitiveness in order to survive and develop, potential to utilize all available to household livelihoods after land in Ninh Binh recovery is assured. To achieve this, requires a great effort of the political system, and the native people from Ninh Binh. There have been many studies, evaluation by experts, scientific research and development in the field of labor, employment and livelihood in Ninh Binh province, I just want to contribute a small part of the effort to solve their household livelihoods after land recovery at the macro level, creating prosperous life, happiness for people on their own homeland. </p><p>------</p>
