<p> Communities in Schools Heart of Texas Assistant Director of School-Based Services</p><p>Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas is looking for an exceptional individual to serve as our Assistant Director of School-Based Services (AD from here on out). This individual will report to our Director of Programs and directly supervises 3 individuals (Coordinator of Elementary Services, Coordinator of Middle School Services, and – you guessed it – the Coordinator of High School Services).</p><p>We are looking for someone: • upbeat and engaging • with extensive social service and grant management experience • with an LMSW or LCSW and supervisory experience • a team player (though you get your own office with a 15th floor view of the Brazos River).</p><p>The starting salary will be $44K - $48K with full health insurance and a progressive employee assistance program.
