<p> 2010</p><p>ALL DISTRICT BAND FESTIVAL INFORMATION</p><p>Place: Kavli Theater at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center</p><p>When: Wednesday, May 26th hosted by Thousand Oaks H.S. </p><p>Rehearsal Information</p><p>Drop-off - Please enter the parking garage and park or drop your student at the drop area. Someone will be there to direct your child to the staging area behind the theater. There will be signs to help you find your way. </p><p>Band 2 (Beg/Int)– drop off 3:30 P.M.; pick up 4:45, (rehearse 3:45 - 4:15)</p><p>ALL BANDS rehearse finale piece from 4:15 – 4:45</p><p>Band 3 (Advanced)– drop off 4:00 PM.; pick up 5:15, (rehearse 4:45 – 5:15)</p><p>All students MUST come to the staging area. It will be the ONLY way to enter the theater. Students will be escorted in and out of theater and will not be allowed out once rehearsal begins. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED ON STAGE! (This includes water.)</p><p>Pick Up: Time for pick up is 4:45 for Bands 1 and 2. Please park in parking garage and come to the patio area by the box office. Your student will meet you there at the end of the rehearsal. This should prevent a huge traffic jam. There is no charge for parking. </p><p>Call time: Return at 7 P.M. to staging area (behind box office). Concert begins at 7:30 P.M.</p><p>Concert dress: Full Uniform – no shako</p><p>Parents can meet their student after concert in the box office area (same as rehearsal). Please do not come on stage to meet your child – he/she MUST exit via the back to return to staging area to put instrument away. Your student will meet you in the box office patio area after the concert. </p><p>Parking is free. General admission passes are $5 per person and we have already done our preorders. If you ordered a ticket with us then you can pick it up before or after rehearsal or prior to the concert at the RMS table near the box office. Or you can pay for a ticket that day at the door. Reserve seats in the Founder’s Circle are available by calling Conejo Schools Foundation at 805-497-9511 ext.410 or logging onto www.conejoschools.org and looking under events. Cost per seat in the Founder’s Circle is $25. Tickets can be charged to Visa or Master Card. </p>
