<p> Circle Graphs</p><p>A circle graph (or pie chart) is a circular chart divided into sectors, illustrating proportion (%). A full circle represents 100%, whereas half a circle represents 50%, and so on. The pie chart is perhaps the most widely used statistical chart in the business world and the mass media. They are an effective way to display data because they are visual and easy to understand.</p><p>Create a circle graph for the following data:</p><p>Popular iTunes Songs Song, Artist Number of Times Downloaded Sexy and I Know It, LMFAO 23,548 We Found Love, Rihanna 20,874 Good Feeling, Flo Rida 15,143 It Will Rain, Bruno Mars 14,924 The One That Got Away, Katy Perry 13,233 Someone Like You, Adele 12,716</p><p>1. Open Excel and create a spreadsheet for the above data. 2. Highlight all of the data and find ‘Chart’ in the ‘Insert’ toolbar. 3. Select ‘Pie’ and click ‘Next’ twice 4. Give the graph an appropriate title and make sure ‘Show Legend’ is selected. 5. Go to the ‘Data Labels’ tab and select ‘Percentage’ 6. Click ‘Finish’ to view your circle graph. 7. You can double-click on any part of the graph to edit it.</p><p>Save as ‘Circle Graph’</p>
