<p>Job Description Job Title: Technical Specialist-MRO Systems Community: Solution Implementation Skill: MRO IT Location: US- Keller Texas Key Function: To provide systems implementation consulting and support services to CAVOK clients Key Objectives:  Analyze business requirements  Design & implement full business solutions  Work effectively in mixed client, software vendor and business consultancy teams  Coach & develop skills within a project team  Identify integration issues and offer solutions  Work within a pre-sales and delivery environment to understand, design and build solutions to meet the business requirement Desired Skills & Experience Knowledge/Experience Required  Minimum 6 years MRO IT Systems implementation experience preferably in the commercial aviation space  Minimum of 3 full project lifecycles  Full understanding of the benefits which an organization can leverage from implementing a fully integrated MRO solution  Minimum 6 years client facing consultancy experience  Strong Aerospace & Defense industry experience  Significant COTS MRO software delivery life cycle experience  Exposure to a variety of deployment models  Proven ability to work with clients, client partners, executives and consultant teams  Ability to manage and lead and facilitate design meetings in order to extract key business and technical design criteria  Experience with business development activities Competencies:  Is seen as a trusted advisor by key clients due to understanding of the end to end delivery proposition  Contributes to creating the deployed strategy at the functional level  Able to bring together a solution primarily focused in the domain area within MRO  Able to go into accounts and grow opportunities through delivery  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Strong working familiarity and practice with MSOffice and Project management tools and procedures  Builds immediate credibility with key clients </p>
