Reed FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Phone: 336-373-2681 </p><p>Serious Injury Vehicle Crash on W Friendly Av at W Greenway North</p><p>GREENSBORO, NC (May 20, 2017) – On Friday, 05-19-2017, at 9:21 pm Greensboro Police responded to the intersection of W Friendly Av at W Greenway North in reference to a motor vehicle crash with personal injury. </p><p>Mr. Stichney Reed (57 years old, of Greensboro, NC) was a back seat occupant of a 2014 Acura MDX and suffered serious life threatening injuries. Mr Reed was transported to the hospital due to these injuries. </p><p>There were a total of three cars involved in the crash. All other occupants suffered non-life threatening injuries. W Friendly Av was shut down for a period of time but has since re-opened.</p><p>Impairment did not contribute to this crash. </p><p>The Crash Reconstruction Unit is conducting this on-going and active investigation. </p><p>Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact the Greensboro Police Department at (336) 373-1000. # # #</p>
