Identify clinical and legal competencies for forensic testimony 2. Recognize dual roles and personal bias 3. Identify consent and confidentiality issues in forensic testimony 4. Identify issues in dealing with attorneys, courts, and the media 5. Identify the uses and abuses of psychological testing in forensic cases 6. Differentiating between professional and legal information ACCREDITATION</p><p>The Houston Neuropsychological Society designates this Continuing Education Activity for 3 CE Hours/Credits of Continuing Education. The Houston Neuropsychological Society is approved by The American Psychological Association to offer Continuing Education for Psychologists. Certificates of attendance will be available for other professionals. The Houston Neuropsychological Society maintains responsibility for the program.</p><p>REGISTRATION INFORMATION</p><p>Downloadable registration forms are available on the HNS website, by clicking here. Payment must be made in U.S. funds, payable to the Houston Neuropsychological Society. Breakfast and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Advance registration deadline is Monday, November 7th, and your registration will be confirmed via email.
