<p> GABC Meeting January 9th, 2017</p><p>In Attendance: Doug Tomacheck, Gretchen Viesselmann, Kevin Moore, Scott Garncarz, Jason Tietz, , Mike Cibulka, Laurie Arendt, Lisa Kettenhoven</p><p>Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm by Treasurer Scott Garncarz</p><p>Motion to approve December 2016 minutes: Jason Tietz / Second: Laurie Arendt</p><p>TREASURER’S REPORT: </p><p>Jason is working with Rick Seibold to make the $200- donation to the music dept. for their help with the corn roast. </p><p>PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Nothing to report at this time.</p><p>Motion to approve financial report: Jason Tietz / Second: Mike Cibulka </p><p>ATHLETIC DIRECTOR’S REPORT: </p><p>Kevin will contact coaches via email to let each know that there is an ipad available for checkout. </p><p>Discussion about getting the spending & funding requests on the Booster Club website. We should pursue this and make sure it is easily accessible to coaches</p><p>COMMITTEE REPORTS:</p><p>Membership/ Gretchen - Checking with Collette Gergens regarding the return of the money for athletic passess. 1 new lifetime member this year. 50% decrease from prior years. The communication about the Booster Club passes since the district took it over 2 years ago has not been the best. There has been a lot of confusion on how to get an athletic pass. There was no representation at the high school registration, which is where most of the the athletic passes were purchased in the past. </p><p>Newsletter: This will be Laurie Arendt’s last year doing the newsletter; we are looking for a replacement</p><p>Publicity – Mike C – Nothing at this time GABC Meeting January 9th, 2017</p><p>COMMITTEE REPORTS - Continued</p><p>Concessions: Gretchen – Will not be using the bags of cheese with the machine; we will be using the small cups of cheese, which is working well at this time. Grilling burgers has been going over very well. We will attempt to continue this at varsity basketball games.</p><p>Raffle: Lisa A. - Tickets have been ordered & they will be distributed to the team liaisons at the end of the month; money due by February 24th. </p><p>Scholarship Committee: Nothing at this time</p><p>Corn Roast – Jason Tietz – Still working on finding someone to shadow him as corn roast chair. </p><p>Spirit Wear – Jean - Nothing at this time</p><p>Volunteerism – Jenny A – nothing at this time. </p><p>OLD BUSINESS:</p><p>Spring Liaisons – Still need Boys’ Golf & Girls’ soccer</p><p>NEW BUSINESS: </p><p>None at this time</p><p>Next Meeting: Wednesday, Feb. 8th @ 7pm </p><p>Motion to Adjourn: Mike Cibulka / Second: Jason Tietz</p><p>Respectfully Submitted, </p><p>Lisa Kettenhoven, GABC Secretary GABC Meeting January 9th, 2017</p>
