<p>William H Rapp, RPA, AIC Wickizer & Clutter, Inc. President</p><p>Bill started his career in 1974 as an adjuster trainee in Maryland with GAB, a national independent adjustment firm. He served that firm as a multiple line adjuster, mobile catastrophe unit operator, catastrophe supervisor and branch manager. In 1988 he became the Western Division Property Claims Supervisor for ANPAC in Springfield, MO.</p><p>In 1990 he joined Wickizer & Clutter, Inc as Vice President of Property Operations. He was named President in 1999 and continues in that role.</p><p>During the course of his career Bill has handled or supervised losses and claims over much of the United States to include physical damage, property damage and injury claims, as well as residential and commercial property, and time element losses.</p><p>He is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s University, Emmitsburg, MD. He is active in various professional organizations and currently serves as president of the Kansas City Claim Managers Council.</p>
