<p>Dear Ladies, after LCI 2011 in Hamburg I always wanted to attend another LCI-CONFERENCE and I always wanted to go to ICELAND – so I simply had to go! ------First a group of six Ladies from Germany took part in Pre-Tour 3 and we enjoyed Iceland´ s beautiful countryside. There seems to be everything: vulcanos, glaciers, natural pools, waterfalls, black beaches, a geysir..... We were shown around by Hugrún and Ragnhildur and they gave their very best to welcome us to Iceland! The second evenening was special because we met a LC on the east coast and they invited us to see a monster in a lake, the Lagarfljótwurm.</p><p>On Wednesday we arrived in Akureyri and Sandra was welcomed by Dalrós who was her hostess for the next days. „I really enjoyed staying with her and her family, to see and hear how an Icelandic lady lives and really get aquainted with her. She really made me feel home! I would not have experienced that without LC!“</p><p>Bettina stayed with her sister at a hotel.</p><p>Our favourite parts of the LCI Conference were the Welcome Parade and Party: All the national costumes, the pin exchange, the party, the easy way of making new friends. We just loved it! We were really impressed by the AGM. We really could feel the heart all the ladies put into their work for LC! We did not expect beeing so touched by the National anthems and by the applications for the three ISP s– we were lucky that we did not have to decide for one of them. </p><p>Another highlight were homeparty.
