<p> FRITO LAY TURKEY JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>JOB TITLE TRADE MARKETING SALTY FUNCTION TRADE MARKETING OT&CHANNEL ANALYST JOB HOLDER FERHAT TÜRKMENOĞLU LOCATION HEADQUARTER / ISTANBUL REPORTS TO DATE</p><p>JOB PURPOSE (Summarize the main objective of the job in no more than one or two sentences)  Give support to trade marketing channel based initiatives in order to ensure perfect execution.  Ensure category data generation; make channel & SKU analysis & overall activity performance evaluation.  Support the development and implementation of channel strategy to ensure timely deployment & effective sales communication of channel plans to field team  Support merchandising role in Trade Marketing (TM) and manage merchandising projects  Align different functions with TM commercial calendar through effective communication tools,  Gain crucial insight about competitive field activities & give support to commercial manager for preparing & executing relevant responsive initiatives.</p><p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>Commercial Execution Support: - Tracking of all commercial activities, budgeting, activity sheet opening and tracking, - Tracking of incentive & loyalty programs, channel specific actions, - Channel and SKU analysis & activity performance evaluation,</p><p>Channel Support: - Support commercial manager at preparing school & military & horeca based channel programs - Periodic reporting for school, military & horeca channel, - Execute & analyse all Trade Marketing field activities - Category data generation and analysis to track competitive actions, - Execute commercial channel field tests in coordination with sales team</p><p>Merchandising: - Setting core merchandising execution standards with clear regional and channel KPI’s in accordance with Organized Trade (OT) channel plans - Developing and updating merchandising database with ROI Models & Scorecards - Developing necessary merchandising & visibility tools according to channel plans - Project management and coordination with both internal and external sources(Purchasing and 3rd party suppliers) - Coordination & Communication: - Coordinate circulation periodic trade marketing inter-departmental communication tools, - Agency management for all 3rd party related projects JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p> Qualifications : University graduate (related Business degree; business administration, economics, industrial or electronic engineering, etc)  Experience : 1-2 years of sales or trade marketing experience is a plus  Skills : Excellent MS Office programs skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Thinks strategically with strong analytical skills Ability to cope with a multitask environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong negotiation skills No travel restriction</p>
