We are not a control organization and everyone is free to compete in the manner they so choose. </p><p>5) No discussion on division or restriction of trade or methods of distribution.</p><p>6) No discussion of boycotting sales to any client because of poor credit.</p><p>7) No discussion of sharing clients or markets.</p><p>In other words only positive discussions which will assist in promoting the aims of the Association.</p><p>1 The President, Nicholas Ebsworth, called the meeting to order and welcomed the members and guests to Banff.</p><p>S. McIsaac moved that the minutes of the last general meeting be approved as circulated. Seconded by Chad McCaw. Passed.</p><p>There was no business arising out of the minutes of the last meeting. </p><p>The manager of CEAEC, R. Morin, presented the manager's report for the past year as well as the financial report.</p><p>Committee Reports</p><p>Membership: There are currently 12 regular members and 12 Allied members in the Association. </p><p>Government Affairs: Regular contact was maintained with ERD, CERL and Transport Canada over the past year. </p><p>Quebec Affairs: Al Loan will keep us abreast of proposed changes in Quebec regulations regarding the explosives industry</p><p>Safety & Security Committee: Suspended until further notice</p><p>B ulk Vehicle Committee: Suspended until further notice.</p><p>Annual Meeting 2011: St. John’s, Newfoundland, July 6,7,8, 2010.</p><p>A nnual Meeting 2012: Whitehorse and Vancouver were chosen as potential sites </p><p>New Business: It was agreed that CEAEC membership in SAFEX was not required at this time.</p><p>Stephen McIsaac moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Frd McNeill. Passed </p><p>2</p>
