Advanced techniques in database security, object management, performance analysis, SQL tuning, backup and recovery. Students will have hands-on experience administering an Oracle database. Each assignment will be worth 5% of your course grade. Late programming assignments will not be accepted. Midterm 30% There will be one midterm exam given about halfway Exam through the course. A review sheet will be provided. Final Exam 35% There will be one comprehensive final exam, which will count for 35% of your course grade.
