<p> CHART SUTTON PARISH COUNCIL</p><p>MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 24TH OCTOBER 2011 AT CHART SUTTON VILLAGE HALL</p><p>PRESENT :- Cllr P Forknall in the chair, Cllr S Waring, Cllr C Webb and Miss T Jenkins, Clerk.</p><p>IN ATTENDANCE: Cllr V Underdown was present throughout the meeting and twelve parishioners were present until item 4.2.</p><p>1. APOLOGIES All Members of the Planning Committee were present.</p><p>2. COUNCILLOR DECLARATIONS There were no declarations made.</p><p>3. MINUTES OF MEETING HELD 10th October 2011 It was Resolved that the draft Minutes are approved as a correct record and Cllr Forknall signed off the official copy.</p><p>4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS The following applications were considered and recommendations made:</p><p>4.1 MALT HOUSE, CHART ROAD, ME17 3RA – MA/11/1520 Full planning permission for the erection of a single storey rear extension with balcony and balustrade above, roof extension with including front dormer window, part removal of garage to create additional parking area and downstairs WC and alterations to fenestrations. Council recommendation : Refuse and request the application is reported to Planning Committee.</p><p>4.2 BRYMERE, NORTON ROAD, ME17 3RT – MA/11/1633 Full planning permission for raising of ridge and eaves heights to rear to provide additional accommodation in roof space. Council recommendation : Approve and request the application is not reported to Planning Committee.</p><p>4.3 LITTLE MERRYWORTH, BRISHING ROAD, ME17 3SL – MA/11/1586 Full planning permission for the erection of detached garage and store with adjoining garden wall. Council recommendation : No Objection/No Comment</p><p>4.4 LESTED FARM, PLOUGH WENTS ROAD, ME17 3SA – MA/11/1185 Amended application in connection with planning ref MA/11/1185 for variation of condition 4 of permission MA/10/1591 to allow 30% of floorspace to be used for the storage of produce not produced within the administrative boundary of Kent.
