(A) Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 26 59-150-340 and 59-150-350 of the 1976 Code and any other 27 provision of law providing for the use and method of appropriating 28 lottery revenues, all amounts credited to the Education Lottery 29 Accounts from January 1, 2002, through June 30, 2002, are 30 appropriated to the State Department of Education for the purpose 31 of purchasing new school buses. 32 (B) Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 59-150-340 and 33 59-150-350 of the 1976 Code and any other provision of law 34 providing for the use and method of appropriating lottery revenues, 35 and in addition to any amounts appropriated pursuant to Section 36 59-150-230(I) of the 1976 Code, seventy-five percent of unclaimed 37 lottery prize money credited to the Education Lottery Act from 38 July 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, is appropriated from 39 that account to the State Department of Education for the purpose 40 of purchasing new school buses.</p><p>1 [4509] 1 1 2 SECTION 2.
