<p> Child and Family Centre Priority Workgroup Meeting Notes 1-3 Guthrie House Elgin March 23/15 In attendance: Marg, Tom, Anne, Harold, Sue, Max *indicates action assignment</p><p>1- Reviewed last meeting and feedback from EKIOC table</p><p>2- Final decision on name: Rideau Child & Family Hub [correspondence will include the logos of EKIOC and CRCHC]</p><p>3- Consents: -decided to develop a very basic [within CRCHC] for now [primarily for Guthrie coordinator to make referral to CRCHC staff] *Sue and Max -looking forward to more info on Goldcare re consents in the long term</p><p>4- Web information/communication plan: Lots of discussion and plans here -We will ask Keith to create a place on EKIOC for the pilot CFC -* Marg will give Keith category area’s to create on the site page -*Max will supply further details and info as they arise -ideas to include on site: referral links, local school newsletters and coming events, community programs and events, link to Rideau Lakes recreation, community information [link to township?], Guthrie house info</p><p>5- Pre-evaluation: discussed possible measures to consider: -number of referrals, web hits, awareness and knowledge, customer satisfaction, info on web site, Guthrie building use, number of press releases, service integration -*Sue will create a logic model incorporating measures to be used</p><p>6- Preparation “to do” list: -*Tom will connect with Val re advising area schools of project [see list of schools at bottom] and acquiring permission to post school newsletters -introductory meetings to schools will be planned for fall [i.e. Oct visits to Parent Councils] -*Sue will gather a food security list for posting -*Marg will forward service map for Rideau Lakes to Anne -*Marg will request referral process info from EKIOC members to post on web site -*Sue & Max will put together a ‘one pager –coming soon’ and circulate for approval to be included in WTK events at area schools.
