<p> Non-Profit Organization Vendor Application Co-Sponsored by Downtown Milford, Inc. and City of Milford Parks & Recreation</p><p>Saturday, April 25th, 2015, 9 A.M. – 4 P.M.</p><p>We are currently accepting non-profit vendor applications for the 2015 Bug & Bud Festival. </p><p>The cost for a non-profit organization is $40 per 10 x 10 foot space, 10 feet along the curb and 10 feet into the street. </p><p>If one representative of the non-profit organization agrees to serve as a Festival volunteer for one (1) FOUR-HOUR shift during the April 25, 2015 12th Annual Bug & Bud Festival, the $40 NON-PROFIT FEE WILL BE WAIVED. Available Shifts are 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. *New Guidelines for 2015: Fees will be held and reimbursed AFTER volunteer hours have been completed on festival day for those seeking the fee waiver. You must submit the fee to register. Checks will be held and not deposited if volunteer hours are completed. Credit card and cash payments will be reimbursed post festival. </p><p>Sidewalks and landscape areas must remain free and clear at all times. All vendors must bring their own canopies, tables, and supplies. No electricity is available. Vendors will be placed along Walnut Street, South Front Street and the Riverwalk Areas. The event is rain or shine, therefore, the sponsors will not refund any vendor fees. The sale of food and drink items is not permitted.</p><p>Final vendor registration deadline is April 1, 2015. </p><p>All vendors will access Walnut Street from the N. W. Front Street/Delaware Route 14 on the morning of the festival. </p><p>Please complete the form below and return it with your registration fee. </p><p>Any vendor using a trailer must arrive between 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. so the unloading process can be substantially complete prior to single-vehicle vendor traffic arriving.</p><p>Complete and mail the form below, along with the registration fee.
