Approve the Caucus and Business Meeting minutes of August 12, 2014 2. Approve the Treasurer/Secretary report for the month of August 2014. 3. Approve the current and auxiliary List of Bills for payment, and any and all bills that will be forthcoming in the month of September 2014. 4. Approve the 2015 Service Employees Pension Municipal Obligation (expenses & revenues) $50,024.00. 5. Approve the 2015 Police Pension Municipal Obligation, $309,643.00. 6. Approve the proposal to renew Hufnagel Electric, LLC, David Hufnagel, as the Uniform Construction Code Administrative Enforcement Officer for a term from September 26, 2014 through September 25, 2015 in accordance with the fees cited in the executed agreement. 7. Advertise the intent to amend Zoning Ordinance 478 at a special public meeting on Tuesday October 14th, 2014 at 7:00pm. The October Business & Caucus meeting will immediately follow. Motion to close the Caucus Meeting and move to the Business Meeting</p><p>Continued on Reverse Side</p><p>BUSINESS AGENDA Tuesday September 9, 2014</p><p>PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PRAYER by Treasurer Weinstein</p><p>Marcia Rojcewicz, CIM Investment Management, Inc. will address the Board regarding the payment and closing of the 2009 General Obligation Bond debt.</p><p>Jamie Ivanac will be present to accept Resolution No. 12-2014, designating the week of October 20th through October 24, 2014 as Health Quality Week, in recognition of the efforts of healthcare professionals serving at OVH.
