<p> City of Bloomfield City Council Meeting Regular Session July 27, 2009 6:30 P.M.</p><p>Mayor Staggs called the meeting to order. Those present were: Michele Douglas, Patricia Wilson and Tom Bischof. Donna Deardorff was absent. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.</p><p>Public comments: None</p><p>Approve minutes: July 13, 2009 and July 16, 2009 – Ald. Bischof moved to approve both sets of minutes. Ald. Wilson seconded the motion. Ald. Douglas – aye, Ald. Wilson – aye, Ald. Bischof – aye.</p><p>Merchant license: None</p><p>Building permit: Trevor Pulley and Starla Pulley – 501 S. Spring, Bloomfield, MO. Ald. Bischof made the motion to approve this permit. Ald. Douglas seconded the motion. Ald. Wilson – aye, Ald. Douglas – aye, Ald. Bischof – aye.</p><p>Old bus: The City Clerk gave updates on the finalizing of the 2007-2008 audit and the issues regarding the new MoDOT sidewalk grant.</p><p>New bus: None</p><p>Mayor Staggs asked if there was anything further to discuss in regular session, if not for a motion to adjourn and to into closed session to discuss personnel issues per Section 610.021, subsection 3. Ald. Bischof so moved and was seconded by Ald. Douglas. Ald. Bischof – aye, Ald. Wilson – aye, Ald. Douglas – aye.</p><p>Minutes recorded by:______Tonja Haubold, City Clerk</p><p>(1) City of Bloomfield Regular Session July 27, 2009</p><p>Mayor Staggs stated Sara Whitehead was hired as the new municipal court clerk at $150.00 per month.</p><p>The Mayor stated he had looked at a 1996 Ford Ranger pickup which could be used by the animal control officers. Ald. Bischof made the motion to approve trading the 1989 Dodge pickup in on the 1996 Ford Ranger pickup with Cates Auto Sales in Dexter with the net purchase of $1,500.00. Ald. Douglas seconded the motion. Ald. Wilson – aye, Ald. Douglas – aye, Ald. Bischof – aye.</p><p>Mayor Staggs asked if there was anything further to discuss in regular session, if not for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ald. Bischof so moved and was seconded by Ald.
