EPF/0125/13: Green Dragon, 21 Market Square, Waltham Abbey: Retrospective Grade II Listed Building application for internal alterations to comply with fire regulations including the erection of partition walls following inspection by Essex County Council Listed Building Advisors.</p><p>RECOMMEND: No Objection.</p><p>306/13. EPF/1903/13: Cleggan Kennels, 7 Claverhambury Road, Waltham Abbey: Demolition of redundant kennels and construction of ancillary living accommodation and office/day room to replace previously approved ancillary accommodation (EPF/2230/11).</p><p>RECOMMEND: No Objection.</p><p>307/13. EPF/1959.13: Lidl UK Gmbh, Cartersfield Road, Waltham Abbey: Extension of discount food store to facilitate the inclusion of an in- store bakery and walk in freezer. (Resubmitted application).</p><p>RECOMMEND: No Objection.</p><p>308/13. EPF/2004/13: Abbey Mills, Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey: Demolition of existing building and erection of one row 7 two storey terraced houses and 6 two and three storey semi-detached houses, with associated access, parking and amenity.</p><p>62 RECOMMEND: In view of the size of this development it was agreed this application be deferred to the next meeting of the Development and Environment Committee to be held on the 24th October 2013 in order for all Members to have the opportunity to make input.</p><p>309/13. EPF/2040/13:EFDC, Garage Block, adj 14 Harveyfields, Waltham Abbey: Demolition of garages and provision of 9 affordable flats within a three storey building with external parking and amenity areas.</p><p>RECOMMEND: In order for all Members to have the opportunity to have input, this application was deferred to the next meeting of the Development and Environment Committee to be held on the 24th October 2013.</p><p>310/13. EPF/1907/13: Abbey View Produce Ltd, Galleyhill Road, Waltham Abbey: Prior approval application for telecommunications apparatus to include 300mm dish and supporting equipment.</p><p>RECOMMEND: No Objection.</p><p>311/13. CC/EPF/42/13: Waltham Holy Cross Infant School, Quendon Drive, Waltham Abbey: The continued use of a classbase for a temporary period until 31st August 2018 without complying with Condition 2 (time limit) attached to planning permission CC/EPF/114/08 Letter received from Essex County Council enclosing a copy of the decision, notice which has been issued by the County Council.</p><p>That this be noted.</p><p>312/13. CC/EPF/43/13: Waltham Holy Cross Infant School, Quendon Drive,Waltham Abbey: Retrospective application for the erection of a canopy to provide an outdoor teaching space. Letter received from Essex County Council enclosing a copy of the decision notice, which has been issued by the County Council.</p><p>That this be noted.</p><p>313/13. EPF/1059/13: 17 Conybury Close, Waltham Abbey: Proposed end of terrace dwelling house on land at 17 Conybury Close (Revised application).
