Billy Jones began the meeting with prayer. June minutes read and approved. Financial report presented and approved.</p><p>Committee Reports  Concessions – Limited concessions will be served to spectators at Rossview scrimmage. Julie Pratt will see if Dr. Atchley will donate 100 cases of water again this year. Attempt to acquire corporate sponsorship from Randy Atkins. New menu items (David Hollister): May add wings and ice tea.  Spirit Items – Stan Bailey – Sweatshirts will be ready for the 1st game or the Davidson game. Added gym MS P.E. shorts and shirts for sale. Short sleeve and long sleeve shirts will be $5 and $10, respectively. Stadium seats will be ordered (20-30 ordered at a time). Football sticker orders being taken. Will get Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball stickers as well. Need to sell Midnight Madness shirts.  Football Season ticket Sales coordinator - 2009 Season passes – 63; Parking passes – 63; Wildcat club – 81 [compared to 2008 with 103, 79, and 40, respectively]. </p><p>Old Business  Golf Tournament – Existing profit is approximately $20,000 with one more bill to pay. Hermitage ended up charging more than anticipated - $62. Stan will check on getting Springhouse Golf course. Will try to lock in contract while courses are desperate for business.  Girls Basketball Locker Room renovation – Completely funded. Ready to order. Jim, Gary, and Ross pulled out the old lockers and repainted. Coach Schierling wrote a note of thank you for the contribution from the DCA Athletic Booster Club.</p><p>New Business  Treasurer Report – Committed 15,000  Deposited $8,200. Wildcat club t-shirts - $247. Need to pay bill for printing of season pass.  Gary provided an overview of the Booster Club income and expenses. Motion to approve by Billy Jones, second by Jeff Mathis Approved.  Thank you Notes received for scholarship awards from Lauren Terrell and Braden Anderson.  Rhonda asked for experienced concessions workers on Homecoming night.  Facebook page for Make a Wish: DCA’s charitable fundraising activities are mentioned.  MS Football (Julie Pratt) – Starting pep club for 6-8th graders: T-shirts. Decorations, etc. Will review plan with Dennis Goodwin.  Work Day – Saturday, August 8th. Painting bleachers & steps; tree trimming; mildew removal from the press box.  New Coaches Recognized – New MS Math teacher – Mike Evans (MS track & head football coach); New Art teacher – Paul Downing (Asst. track & football coach); Kindergarten – Volleyball and 6th Basketball (Amy Winfree). New assistant baseball coach, Finley Woodard (HS Math). Bobby Henry – 6th grade parent helping with 6th Football.  Team Doctor – DCA is teamed up with Premier Orthopaedics.  Recruiting – Our coaching staff does not recruit.
