Heat on medium for 4 minutes. Do not Vegetable oil ¼ cup 1 Tbsp boil Honey 1 cup 3. Add the brown sugar mixture to the oats. Toss to evenly coat. Salt 1 tsp 4. Spread 3 lb 12 oz (3 qt 1 cup) of this mixture on each sheet pan. For 50 Cinnamon, ground 1 Tbsp servings, use 1 pan. Vanilla 1 Tbsp 5. Bake. Stir granola every 15 minutes. Cranberries, Dried 2 cups Conventional oven: 250ºF for 1 ¼ hours Convection oven: 200ºF for 1 ¼ hours</p><p>6. Remove from oven. Cool 7.
