Will keep magnet status one more year (2016-2017) We took Horn Elementary’s overflow this year and kept magnet status (at 50% funding)-probation status Odyssey of the mind was last weekend-2 teams advancing to state-Congrats! VI. 2016 Bash results-Brittany Weisser Estimates $145,000-$155,000 profit Gross $211,000, expenses $40,000 + other misc expenses (consignment items) Paddles up raised $33,000 for LDC books VII. SPARK update-grant writing underway, no checks received yet In “design dance” phase still figuring out exact layout. Corporate sponsorship (Marc and Camora) have sent out 90 mailers to corporate sponsors.
