<p> POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES</p><p>September 27, 2011</p><p>City-County Government Center Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54935 City Manager Conference Room Paco DeLaTorre ROLL CALL</p><p>Commissioners Present: Guests: Chad Wade, Assistant Josh Bullock City Attorney Jeff Nielsen Peter O’Leary, Fire Chief Vickie Huck William Lamb, Police Chief Tamala Christian Erick Gerritson Chris Behnke</p><p>APPROVAL OF MINUTES</p><p>A motion was made by Commissioner Huck to approve the minutes of July 20, 2011. </p><p>Motion seconded by Commissioner DeLaTorre. </p><p>Motion carried unanimously. </p><p>APPROVAL OF ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR FIRE ENGINEER</p><p>A motion was made by Commissioner DeLaTorre to approve the eligibility list as presented by Peter O’Leary. The names are as follows: Chris Behnke, Brian Munson, Mike Spencer, Steve Pieper, Keith Wendt, and Ben Stephany.</p><p>Seconded by Commissioner Nielsen.</p><p>Motion carried unanimously.</p><p>APPROVAL OF PROMOTION – FIRE ENGINEER</p><p>A motion was made by Commissioner Christian to approve the Fire Engineer eligibility list as presented by Chief O’Leary. </p><p>Motion seconded by Huck.</p><p>Motion carried unanimously.</p><p>ADJOURNMENT</p><p>Motion was made by Commissioner DeLaTorre to adjourn.</p><p>Motion seconded by Nielsen.</p><p>Motion carried unanimously.</p><p>Meeting Adjourned. </p>
