<p> 10th REGION OUTSTANDING CHEERLEADER APPLICATION</p><p>The 10th Region cheerleading sponsors are happy to announce the availability of the 10th Region Outstanding Cheerleader Award. This award is offered to honor an outstanding cheerleader in the 10th Region each year. This award emphasizes the following areas: 1. Cheerleading Achievements 2. Academic Standards 3. School Honors and Activities 4. Community Honors and Activities 5. High Moral Character</p><p>In order to qualify for this award, the applicant must be a member in good standing with his/her squad.</p><p>PROCEDURE All applicants must: A. Complete all parts of the application. Please type or print in ink. </p><p>B. Obtain 3 letters of recommendation from: 1. Principal 2. Coach 3. One other person of their choice The character of the applicant must be above reproach</p><p>C. Submit a completed application, transcript, and letters of Recommendation postmarked by October 26, 2015 or you may email by October 30, 2015 to [email protected] . Incomplete applications or applications received after this date will not be considered.
