RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES a. Proposed Ordinance 646-An Ordinance of the Town of Naches, Washington authorizing the payment of claims or other obligations by check pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020.</p><p>11. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Limit of approximately 3 minutes per person from the public with a limit of 20 minutes total.
