<p> Sea Shack 411 East Ashley Avenue Folly Beach, SC 843-588-9272</p><p>Things you will need: 1. bath, beach and kitchen towels 2. sheets: 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, (Futon – queen) 3. Beach chairs 4. Spices and all condiments for cooking 5. Toilet paper and paper towels 6. Trash bags for tall kitchen cans 7. Paper cups and plates if you don’t want to use our china; we have china for 8 8. Laundry detergent for washer downstairs 9. Dishwasher detergent</p><p>Our home has been completely renovated in the past two years. Please do the following to help keep it in good repair and ready for the next week’s renters: 1. There is a window in the shower, please open during shower use to help with moisture control 2. Water tends to leak out of the shower no matter how careful you are with the shower curtain, please towel dry all water on the floor after showering to help extend life on the new bathroom floor. 3. There is a grill on the deck for your use. Please keep it covered when not in use. It will be your responsibility to fill it with gas when it runs out. 4. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Please clean out the lint from the dryer before leaving. Also, there is a clothesline underneath the deck for drying towels, bathing suits, etc. 5. There is a mop and industrial size mop bucket downstairs by the washing machine for you to use to clean the house before your departure on Saturday. 6. There are cleansers and sponges under the kitchen sink for you to use to clean the house.</p><p>Please clean the flowing before you leave: 1. Empty out all food from refrigerator 2. Wipe out refrigerator 3. Wash and dry all dirty dishes 4. Scrub kitchen and bathroom sink, indoor and outdoor toilet, and indoor shower 5. Sweep and mop all floors 6. Vacuum all rugs 7. All trash goes to the big trashcans at the street (please be sure lids are secure on the outdoor trashcans so the raccoons don’t make a mess) 8. Rinse out the indoor trashcan if dirty.</p><p>If you prefer to have a professional service clean the house for you, there are several services available. Check listings in the yellow pages. Be sure to call them early in the week for an appointment. They will need to be finished by Noon on Saturday to be ready for the next renters.</p><p>We hope you enjoy your stay at the Sea Shack.
