<p> OCTOBER FINANCIAL AID WORKSHOPS FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS Get help filling out your FAFSA Financial Aid Form</p><p>ISAC representatives will be in the Guilford library each Wednesday in October from 10:30 to 3:45 to answer your questions about financial aid and give you personalized, confidential assistance. Students may meet with a representative during their lunch hours only. Parents are welcome at the times listed below.</p><p>1. October 4th- 10:30 -3:45 and 5:00 TO 7:00 –FAFSA COMPLETION WORKSHOP-GHS Library</p><p>2. October 12th- 10:30 – 3:45 and 4:00 – 6:00-FAFSA COMPLETION WORKSHOP-GHS Library</p><p>3. October 12th-6:00 -8:00-FAFSA COMPLETION WORKSHOP- Rock Valley College, Student Center Atrium (hosted by RVC Financial Aid Staff)</p><p>4. Be sure it is correct</p><p> Records of income (Student and Parent), such as income earned from work and business, child support paid or received and any other untaxed income. If you have them, refer to the W-2 Forms or Federal Income Tax Return IRS 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.</p><p> Driver’s license number, if you have one.</p><p> Dates of birth, include the month, day and year.</p><p> Month and year of marriage, separation, divorce or other change in marital status.</p><p> Alien Registration Number, if you (student) are not a U.S. citizen.  Records of income (student and parents), such as income earned from work and business, child support paid or received and any other untaxed income.
