Vibbard will assist in the management of the Air Park under the contract with the Clinton County Port Authority. Vibbard has over 29 years of management experience including supervising multiple shifts at a manufacturing facility. He has over 30 years of aviation experience as an Airport Director/Manager at Ashtabula County Airport and Anderson Regional Airport. He has managed multiple Federal and State infrastructure improvement and safety grants totaling over $12.9 million dollars. In addition, Vibbard is a pilot who enjoys flying during his free time. As Assistant Director, Vibbard will be responsible for supervision and coordination of aviation activities and operations for the Wilmington Air Park. “I look at the Air Park as a gateway for the community to the rest of the world for fast and convenient transportation.
