North Suburban Region Sarah Born William Rainey Harper College Legislative advocacy Northwest Region We sponsored our annual Lobby Day on May 12, with Wayne Chapin Highland Community College trustees and presidents joining together to oppose extension of South Suburban Region property tax caps. We also stopped Senate Bill 590, a measure James H. Griffith designed to move property off the real property tax rolls.
