Manufacturers can change the ingredients in a product at any time, so it is important to check labels often. Nutrition Facts Look for the serving size. Per 1 fillet (120 g) Remember, if you eat more than the serving size, you will Amount % Daily Value also be getting more of each Calories 210 nutrient.
